This policy explains how VideoToPDF handles refunds for paid plans and processing minutes.
Refund eligibility
If a paid plan was purchased by mistake or the service cannot process your eligible files, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We review refund requests case by case.
Processing minutes
Used processing minutes, completed exports, and abuse-related account actions may reduce or remove refund eligibility.
Billing issues
For duplicate charges, failed plan changes, or invoice questions, email support@videotopdf.app with your account email and invoice id.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment processor. Bank and card processing times may vary.
