Uploaded Files and Generated PDFs

Uploaded files and generated transcripts, notes, screenshots, key frames, subtitles, and PDFs are used to provide the conversion workflow you request. Files are private to your account and are not published, indexed, or shared with other users.

We retain uploaded files and generated outputs only for the period needed to process, edit, export, troubleshoot, and provide your plan's file retention window. You can delete projects and generated documents from your workspace when you no longer need them.

AI and API Processors

VideoToPDF may use third-party AI, transcription, storage, email, payment, and infrastructure providers to process uploads and operate the service. These processors are used only to provide the requested functionality, such as transcription, summarization, PDF export, account email, payment handling, storage, abuse prevention, and analytics.

Uploaded content is not used by VideoToPDF to train AI models. We also aim to use processors that provide appropriate data protection terms for user content.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:
