This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using VideoToPDF. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with files that you own or are authorized to process.

Permitted Use

VideoToPDF processes video and audio files that you upload to create transcripts, notes, summaries, and document exports. You are responsible for confirming that your use of the service and each uploaded file complies with applicable law and any rights held by others.

Prohibited Use

You must not use VideoToPDF to:

• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• upload or process pirated, stolen, or unlawfully obtained videos or audio;
• download, fetch, access, or reproduce content from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or another third-party platform through the service;
• upload illegal, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content; or
• interfere with, probe, overload, or attempt to bypass the security of the service.

Third-Party Content

VideoToPDF does not download or access content from third-party platforms. Only files uploaded by users are processed. If a file contains third-party material, you must have all rights, permissions, or other legal authority needed to upload and process it.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend processing, restrict access, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe this policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law has been violated. We may also cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and rights holders.
