Security at VideoToPDF

How VideoToPDF protects account access, uploads, generated documents, and billing information.

Last updated: 2026-07-28

Our Approach

VideoToPDF is designed to protect uploaded files, generated documents, and account information with safeguards appropriate to a web-based service. We review our operational controls as the product evolves.

Data in Transit and Access

The service uses HTTPS to protect data in transit. Uploaded files and generated documents are associated with the account that created them, and access to workspace content requires an authenticated account session.

Payments

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. VideoToPDF receives the payment information needed to provide the service, such as payment status, plan, and invoice details, but does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.

Responsible Use

Security also depends on protecting your account. Use a strong, unique password, do not share your login credentials, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Report a Security Issue

If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact support@videotopdf.app with a clear description and enough detail to reproduce the issue. Please do not publicly disclose the issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
