How to Make a Request

Email support@videotopdf.app from the email address associated with your account. Describe the request and identify the relevant account, project, or data. We may request information needed to verify your identity and protect your account before acting on the request.

What We May Need to Retain

We may retain limited information when necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our agreements, or maintain security. Retention of uploaded media and generated exports is described in our Data Retention page.

International Processing

VideoToPDF may use service providers in locations outside your country to provide hosting, storage, transcription, AI processing, payments, email, and support. We use these providers only as needed to operate the service and subject to appropriate contractual or legal protections where required.
