Our Purpose

VideoToPDF helps people turn recordings into useful, readable documents. Meetings, lectures, interviews, and study sessions often contain information that is hard to find again in a video player. Our goal is to make that information easier to review, search, share, and retain.

Who We Build For

The service is designed for students, educators, teams, researchers, and creators who need notes, transcripts, summaries, chapters, and searchable PDFs from recordings they own or are authorized to use.

How the Product Works

You upload a video or audio file, choose the output you need, and VideoToPDF uses transcription and AI-assisted summarization to prepare structured notes and exports. You can review your work in the workspace before sharing or downloading it.

Privacy Principles

We process only files uploaded by users. VideoToPDF does not download or access videos from YouTube or other third-party platforms. Uploaded files are private to your account, are not published or sold, and can be deleted from your workspace. Read our Privacy Policy and Data Retention page for more detail.
